Local, Not a National Broker
A lot of the dumpster listings you find online are brokers. They take your order, mark it up, and hand it to whichever hauler is closest. You never speak to the company that actually owns the truck, and when a delivery slips there is nobody to hold accountable.
We own the containers and run the trucks. Our yard is in Florence, our drivers live in Boone and Kenton counties, and the person who answers the phone can tell you where a specific can is at two in the afternoon.
How We Price
Every quote includes delivery, pickup, a fourteen-day rental window and a stated tonnage allowance. If you exceed the allowance you pay the per-ton disposal rate, and we show you the scale ticket. There is no fuel surcharge invented at invoice time and no environmental fee that nobody can explain.
How We Treat Property
Roll-off containers are heavy before anything goes in them. Our drivers plank under the rails as a matter of routine, not as an upsell, and they will tell you honestly if a placement spot looks like a bad idea. Occasionally that means we recommend the street and a permit instead of a driveway. We would rather have that conversation before delivery than after.

Roughly half our volume is homeowners: remodels, cleanouts, roof tear-offs and storm cleanup. The rest is contractors, property managers and businesses who need containers swapped on a schedule. Both groups want the same thing, which is a container that arrives when promised and leaves when asked.
