What Drives Dumpster Rental Cost in Northern Kentucky
Understanding tonnage, rental period and the fees that surprise people.
The base rate
Most quotes bundle delivery, pickup, a rental period and a tonnage allowance into one number. That is how we quote, because surprise line items help nobody.
Tonnage overage
Every container includes a weight allowance. Go over and you pay per ton at the landfill rate. Heavy material like concrete, tile and shingles hits the limit long before the container looks full.
Rental period
Fourteen days is standard. Extensions are billed by the day and are usually inexpensive, but tell us early so we can hold the container off the route.
Avoidable charges
Overloading above the fill line, mixing prohibited items into a clean-fill load, and blocking access on pickup day are the three most common causes of extra cost.
